TAST–2012 Butterfly Chain Stitch

This weeks TAST is Butterfly Chain Stitch, a beautiful decorative stitch.. I learned this stitch from Sarah’s hand embroidery tutorials.  See, here I ll show u my application of this stitch,

well I am very much fond of fabindia kurthas, simple and elegant, but most of it has low neck, which is very uncomfortable for me. I simply tried this beautiful stitch on the neck part, it gives a look of a simple motif at the neck part and at the same time my problem is also solved…

what a wonderful idea. sometimes my daughter's blouses are too open at the throat. Next time, I think at this point to close it.

you were able to convert the low neck to high just by using sheaf...hmmmm very clever idea!!thanks for sharing..
